I am always pleased with the service we get from HAE Industrial. Bucky Lariscy is our main technician and is always courteous and professional. Christina Hodge is the Field Service Coordinator that I interact with and she is always professional and knowledgeable about what we need. I cannot think of anything that Christina or Bucky could do any differently. Thank ya'll for providing the team that ya'll do!!!
When I call HAE Industrial I know that the issue will be taken care of. Bucky is a beast with the compressors/dryer. Keith is new to coming to Owens Corning but has done an awesome job when he comes as well. Thank ya'll for all you do for us!

Keith is an excellent technician. I have been met with amazing customer service and kindness from him. As a matter of fact, from everyone I have dealt with from HAE Industrial. From the salespeople to customer service to all the reps and techs. Amazing job so far.
Service is excellent from Keith and all HAE Industrial employees I’ve interacted with. No complaints whatsoever and always do a fantastic job and very prompt. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of HAE Industrial. Absolute 10/10 service score.
Tracy Hillman knows his stuff , hands down. So far he has been helpful along the way with this new venture. Your guys are new to us at Orange County landfill, and so far it is a smooth process

Already there. Bucky is top of the line! Since I have been in this position and have been working with Bucky, he has been nothing short of awesome. In his knowledge, response time, and professionalism. Very thankful that we have him to take care of the air compressors.
Larry Rivers honestly does an amazing job; in truth I prefer to have Larry service our equipment as he always gets the job at hand completed in a timely manner as he is very knowledgeable. 10/10 would Recommend Larry.
Bucky goes above and beyond every time he shows up to complete a routine service or a designated repair. He always asks to make sure we have enough oil on hand and lets me know if we are close to needing a service on any of the other units. It is comforting to know that we have Bucky and the HAE Industrial team on speed dial in case of issues. THANK YA'LL!!!
